Darbari Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 cup
- Kashmiri red chilies 6
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 8
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat 1/2 cup ghee and fry onion until light golden.
- Now put Kashmiri red chilies, ginger garlic, salt and tomato puree and fry it nicely.
- Then put sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
- Then add 1 cup water with mutton, cover it and cook until it is ready.
- Now put khoya and yogurt, fry it nicely and simmer it.
- In end, garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
