Peri Peri Chicken Fried Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Capsicum 2
- Carrots 2
- Green onions 250 gm
- Green chilies 4
- Cauliflower 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
For Sauce:
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put ginger garlic.
- Now put chicken and cook on high flame.
- When chicken tender, put black pepper, salt, capsicum, carrot, green onion, green chilies and cabbage and fry for 1 minute.
- Then add rice.
- Then mix soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, peri peri sauce, vinegar and oil in separate pan, put on rice and serve.
