Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 3
  • Cloves 4
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Black pepper 6
  • Small cardamom 6
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Black gram 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix black gram, white cumin, black cumin, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and poppy seeds and grind it nicely.
  2. Now mix grinded masala and bread slices in mince and grind in chopper.
  3. Then mix papaya paste, cream, salt, red chili, egg, mint leaves and green chilies and knead it nicely.
  4. Then make it like seekh kabab and shallow fry it.
  5. When golden brown, spread it in pot, add lemon juice and simmer it on low flame.
  6. Serve galawat ky kabab with hot hot sheermal.
