Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Corn flour as required
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel potatoes and cut into big slices.
- Now heat water in pan and boil potatoes for 5-6 minutes.
- Then take it out, strain it, dry it and coat with corn flour.
- Then heat oil in pan, strain potato slices and fry until golden.
- Then take it out and dry on tissue paper.
- Then sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve.
