Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour as required
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into big slices.
  2. Now heat water in pan and boil potatoes for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Then take it out, strain it, dry it and coat with corn flour.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, strain potato slices and fry until golden.
  5. Then take it out and dry on tissue paper.
  6. Then sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve.
