Laziz Korma by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2kg
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Brown onion coarsely 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Prepared korma masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan, put ginger garlic paste with mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now put 1 cup water with salt, korma masala, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add yogurt.
- Also put brown onion, fry for 5 minutes, cover it and simmer it until ghee comes up.
