Ingredients:

  • Chops 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Potato 1
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt whipped 4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and vinegar for 30 minutes.
  2. Now cook it in 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Also put 1 cup water and cook until it is ready.
  4. Then mix with whipped yogurt, chaat masala, salt and black pepper.
  5. Then cut foil into 6x6 square inch pieces.
  6. Now put masala with 1 tsp yogurt on top.
  7. Also put carrot, potato and peas.
  8. Put 1 chop on top of it and fold it nicely.
  9. In end, steam it and bake it for 15 minutes.
  10. Now serve hot in foil.
