Ingredients:
- Chops 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Carrot 1
- Potato 1
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Yogurt whipped 4 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and vinegar for 30 minutes.
- Now cook it in 2 tbsp oil.
- Also put 1 cup water and cook until it is ready.
- Then mix with whipped yogurt, chaat masala, salt and black pepper.
- Then cut foil into 6x6 square inch pieces.
- Now put masala with 1 tsp yogurt on top.
- Also put carrot, potato and peas.
- Put 1 chop on top of it and fold it nicely.
- In end, steam it and bake it for 15 minutes.
- Now serve hot in foil.
