Spicy Broast by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 8 pieces
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Suree soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Suree red chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Chilled water as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with red pepper, black pepper, soya sauce, red chili garlic sauce, salt and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Now mix corn flour and 2 tbsp flour  nicely and coat it.
  3. Then dip each pieces in chilled water and roll in dry flour and corn flour mixture.
  4. In end, deep fry it for 20 minutes and serve with fries.
