Lab e shireen 

Ingredients:

  • milk
  • sugar
  • khoya
  • kewara water
  • corn flour
  • cardamom powder
  • boiled vermicelli 

Method:

  1. Boil milk in a pan
  2. When it comes to a boil add sugar and stir until it dissolves
  3. Next add in khoya and mix well
  4. Now add  kewara water , caradmom powder,corn flour (mixed in water) in the milk.
  5. In the end mix in boiled vermicelli take it out in a serving dish
  6.  Garnish with red and green jelly and serve

Chicken paratha


Ingredients:

  • wheat flour (atta)


Method:

  1. Knead wheat flour (atta)
for the filling 
  1. In a fry pan add oil , shredded chicken  and all the ingredients and mix well
  2. Make balls out of the wheat flour (atta) and flatten them,Add in the filling and fry on a tava.
  3. chicken paratha is ready
