Doll cake

Ingredients:

  • eggs
  • sugar
  • flour
  • fresh cream
  • a doll

Method:

for the sponge:
  1. mix eggs and sugar together.When it turns into the shape of a foam add in flour and mix with hand
  2. Grease the pan and pour the batter into the pan
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degree centigrade for half an hour
  4. When it has cooled off cut in slices
  5. In a bowl add fresh cream and the slices one after the other make a sandwich then keep it in the freezer
  6. In the center insert a doll and ice the cake with fresh cream and decorate it with cream using a piping bad
  7. doll cake is ready

Christmas log

Ingredients:

  • Swiss roll
  • butter paper
  • strawberry jam
  • fresh cream


Method:

  1. Roll the swiss roll with the help of a wet cloth
  2. Now open the roll and spread strawberry jam inside and roll in butter paper and keep it in the freezer
  3. Take it out of the freezer after 3 hours.
  4. Pipe fresh cream on it, make a log and serve.
