Grilled Chicken, Mash Potato And Red Pepper Sauce by Chef Gulzar

                 GRILLED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken(pieces)- 500 gm
  •  Soya sauce- 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Cornflour- 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil- 2-3 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil- 1 tsp
  • Salt- to taste

METHOD:

  1. In a mixing bowl mix soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, cornflour, sesame seed oil and salt together.
  2. Now pour this marination on chicken and steam this chicken for 20 to 25 minute.
  3. Now grill chicken until total cooked by adding olive oil.
  4. Serve hot.

                           MASH POTATO

INGREDIENTS:

  • Potatoes- 2
  • Yogurt- 4-5 tbsp
  • Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste- 1 tsp
  • Unsalted butter- 4 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste

METHOD:

FOR MAKING MASH POTATO:
  1. Mash 2 boiled potatoes.
  2. Pour butter in a pan then add yogurt, mustard paste and salt and cook on a light flame. 
  3. Mash potatoes are ready.

                        RED PEPPER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Talhar chilies- 5-6
  • Garlic- 2-3 cloves
  • Vinegar- 2-3 tbsp
  • Basil- 1/3 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
  • Stock- 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- to taste

METHOD:

  1. Infused talhar chilies, when soften grind with half cup chicken stew.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves in it, now add stew material in it and grill.
  3. Now add vinegar, basil, salt, black pepper and stir, now add cornflour in it by mixing in water.
  4. When sauce start to thick turn off the stove.
Serve grill chicken, mash potato and sauce in a plate.
