- Infused talhar chilies, when soften grind with half cup chicken stew.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves in it, now add stew material in it and grill.
- Now add vinegar, basil, salt, black pepper and stir, now add cornflour in it by mixing in water.
- When sauce start to thick turn off the stove.
Serve grill chicken, mash potato and sauce in a plate.
