Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Maida 4 tbsp
  • Green chili in cube 2
  • Water 3 cup
  • Bake parlor macaroni and masala mix 1 packet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water for 5-70 minutes till it remains 1/4.
  2. Now drain hot water from strainer, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Put 1 tbsp oil in pot, put ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Now put chicken and fry on high flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put maida and masala mix, cook more for 3 minutes on high flame, put water, cover it and cook more for 15 minutes.
  6. In end, remove from stove, put ginger and green chilies and serve with macaroni.
