Ingredients:
- Pasanday 750 gm
- Raw papaya 2 tbsp
- Prepared pasanday masala 2 tbsp
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves, Green chilies for garnish
- Onion rings for garnish
Method:
- Marinate pasanday with papaya, pasanday masala, brown onion, yogurt, salt and ginger garlic for 2 hours.
- Now heat oil, put marinated pasanday in single layer, cover it and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- In end, garnish with onion rings, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
