Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Semolina 4 tbsp
- Soda 1 pinch
- Egg 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then add water as required, cover it and leave for 1 hour.
- Now make 8 balls of dough of saucer size, spread ghee and sprinkle rice flour in center of it.
- Put one ball on top.
- Then roll it big and round, spread ghee and cut into balls.
- Now press it lightly, roll like quarter size plate and shallow fry it.
