Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Semolina 4 tbsp
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then add water as required, cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Now make 8 balls of dough of saucer size, spread ghee and sprinkle rice flour in center of it.
  4. Put one ball on top.
  5. Then roll it big and round, spread ghee and cut into balls.
  6. Now press it lightly, roll like quarter size plate and shallow fry it.
