Chinese Combo Fried Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2 cup
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Cauliflower 1 cup
- Capsicum 1 cup
- Green onions 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Green chili paste 2 tsp
- Chopped carrots 2
- Sausages 4
- Boiled noodles 1 cup
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry ginger garlic.
- When fragrance comes, add sausages.
- Now put mushrooms, cauliflower, capsicum, green chili paste, carrot, black pepper and salt, mix it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then put rice, noodles, soya sauce and green onion, mix it and close stove.
