Fried Prawn Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1 kg
  • Vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Dried red chilies 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put vinegar in prawns and keep it aside.
  2. Now cut onion into square like omelet.
  3. Then put heat oil, put ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin, fenugreek seeds and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add prawns and roast on high flame.
  5. Now put tomatoes, dried red chilies and green coriander and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. Fried prawn masala is ready.
