Fried Prawn Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Prawns 1 kg
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
- Onions 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Dried red chilies 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put vinegar in prawns and keep it aside.
- Now cut onion into square like omelet.
- Then put heat oil, put ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin, fenugreek seeds and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
- Then add prawns and roast on high flame.
- Now put tomatoes, dried red chilies and green coriander and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Fried prawn masala is ready.
