Mango Cheese Cake by Chaf Rabia

Ingredients

  • Biscuit: 226 gm
  • Butter Melted: 3/4 cup
  • Mango Puree: 2 cup
  • Eggs: 4
  • Cream Cheese: 1 cup
  • Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Basil Leaves: 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice: 1/4 cup

Method

  • Put biscuit and melted butter in a bowl and mix it.
  • Set the mixture in the 5' baking tin and bake it at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and ricotta cheese together in another bowl.
  • Put mango puree, sugar and eggs in it and beat again.
  • Put the mixture into 5' baking tin.
  • Fill half the oven tray with water and bake it for 1 hour.
  • Put some water, lemon juice and sugar in a sauce pan for lemon basil syrup.
  • Cook it till the sugar melts.
  • Cool it and blend it with basil leaves.
  • Stain it and present it with cheese cake as topping.
