Palak Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Spinach 1 kg
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Whole red chili 4-5
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, saute spinach and cook until it is soft.
- Now take oil in pan, add garlic paste and fry it.
- Then put beef, mix it and roast it.
- Now add water as required and tender meat.
- Then cut whole red chilies into 2 pieces and put in meat.
- Then put cumin, mustard seeds and green chilies, roast it lightly, add some water and cook it.
- Now add spinach, lemon juice and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- When salan is ready, take it out in serving dish, heat butter and put on it.
- In end, garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander and serve.
