Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Brown onion crushed 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- White cumin roasted 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Orange color 1 pinch
- Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves handful
- Green chilies 6
- Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, tomato puree, brown onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, white cumin, all spice, orange color and mixed spices for 2 hours.
- Now heat 1/2 cup oil, put green chilies, curry leaves and black cumin seeds and fry it lightly.
- Then add marinated chicken, cover it and cook for 30 minutes.
