Achari Macaroni by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Onion chopped 1 big
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Cooking oil 8 tbsp
- Green chili 4
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Bake parlor macaroni and bake parlor masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil macaroni in salted water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
- Now strain hot water from strainer, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Put remaining oil in pan and heat it.
- Then put onion, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Now put chicken and masala mix sachet and cook more for 1 minute.
- Then add 1 cup water and cook until it boils.
- Then cook more.
- Now put yogurt and green chili and cook on high flame.
- Then remove it and serve with macaroni.
