Basic Cupcakes by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Flour 1 cup
• Caster sugar 1 cup
• Eggs 4
• Butter 125 gm
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

For Topping:

• Cream 1 cup
• Bunties as required
• Round jelly as required
• Cherries as required
  

Method:

1. Mix butter and sugar in bowl and beat it.
2. Now put eggs and beat it.
3. Also put vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and beat more nicely.
4. Then grease cups little, put mixture and bake on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
5. Now take it out, cool it and spread cream.
6. Then garnish with bunties, jelly and cherries and serve.
