Mutton Makhani by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Mutton 500 grams
- Onion (small) 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Curd 1/4 cup
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, fry small onion, add ginger paste, garlic paste and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Now, add mutton and allow cooking for 5 to 6 min, adding tomatoes, and green chili paste.
- Add 2 cups of water and cover with lid to tenderize meat.
- When water dries, add curd, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add cream in mixture.
- Before serving, add butter.
- Dish out and serve delicious mutton makhani.
