Ingredients:
- Small potatoes 1 kg
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Chopped almonds 20
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup
- Lemons 4
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Black pepper corn 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Jaggery 1/2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash potatoes nicely, boil it for 5-10 minutes and then peel it.
- Now heat oil in wok, deep fry potatoes and take out when golden brown.
- Then put oil in box and put tomato puree in wok.
- Also put red chili, cumin powder, jaggery and salt, roast it lightly and add potatoes.
- Now mix coriander seeds and black pepper and grind it.
- Then put green chilies and lemon juice and roast it lightly more.
- When ready, mix almonds and cream and and serve with chapati.
