Malai Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mutton chops and meat 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Papaya 2 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Yogurt 275 gm
- Ghee 1 cup
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
- Marinate mutton with yogurt, cream, papaya and salt and keep in fridge.
- Now heat ghee, put mutton and cover it so that it tender like malai.
- Then heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Then put ginger garlic, cumin, red chili, coriander powder, all spice powder and black pepper and roast it.
- Now add tendered mutton, simmer it for 10 minutes and give smoke of coal.
- Malai gosht is ready.
