Ingredients:
- Mutton 500 gm
- Fat 250 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Papaya paste 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Lahori salt to taste
Method:
- Cut fat into cubes.
- Now mix mutton, fat, black pepper, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, Lahori salt and papaya paste in mixing bowl and leave it for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
- Now skew fat and mutton on bbq skewers, bake in preheated oven or roast on coal or fry it.
- In end, serve with skewers.
