Kulfa Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Kulfa 1 kg
  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1-1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light golden.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, mutton, tomatoes, salt, chili powder, turmeric and all spice, cover it and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Then add 1 cup water and cook until meat tender.
  4. Now put kulfa, fry it nicely and simmer it.
  5. In end, add green chilies and coriander leaves.
