Kulfa Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Kulfa 1 kg
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion 1-1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, mutton, tomatoes, salt, chili powder, turmeric and all spice, cover it and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then add 1 cup water and cook until meat tender.
- Now put kulfa, fry it nicely and simmer it.
- In end, add green chilies and coriander leaves.
