Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 3/4 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala for sprinkle

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with corn flour, salt, red pepper, sesame seeds, eggs and lemon juice.
  2. Don't put water. Mix it nicely.
  3. Now deep fry it until golden.
  4. Then take it put and sprinkle chaat masala.
