Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Corn flour 3/4 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala for sprinkle
Method:
- Marinate chicken with corn flour, salt, red pepper, sesame seeds, eggs and lemon juice.
- Don't put water. Mix it nicely.
- Now deep fry it until golden.
- Then take it put and sprinkle chaat masala.
