Ingredients:

  • Liver 1 kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now put mustard seeds, red chili powder, cumin and salt.
  3. Then add tomatoes and yogurt and roast on high flame.
  4. Now put small small pieces of lover.
  5. Also add green chilies and roast on high flame.
  6. Water dries, put all spice powder, green coriander and lemon juice and close stove.
  7. Kaleji is ready.
