Ingredients:
- Liver 1 kg
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Yogurt 250 gm
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Now put mustard seeds, red chili powder, cumin and salt.
- Then add tomatoes and yogurt and roast on high flame.
- Now put small small pieces of lover.
- Also add green chilies and roast on high flame.
- Water dries, put all spice powder, green coriander and lemon juice and close stove.
- Kaleji is ready.
