Red Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Onion 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry garlic and onion.
- Then add ketchup, chili garlic sauce and black pepper and cook it.
- Then add stock and cook it.
- Now put in blender, make paste, put again in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
- In end, take out in dish and serve.
