Chicken Keema Kulcha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Soda by carb 1/2 tsp
- Water as required
For Filling:
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- For kulcha: Mix flour, yogurt, sugar, salt, milk, soda and water, knead it and leave for rise for 1 hour.
- Now make 4-5 balls and leave again for rice.
- For mince: Heat oil and fry onion for 2 minutes.
- Now put mince, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, black pepper, all spice and black pepper, cover it and cook until it is ready.
- Roll balls in size of saucer and fill stuffing.
- Then make balls again.
- Sprinkle flour on table and roll quarter plate size.
- Put in greased oven tray and bake in mark number 4 for 10-12 minutes.
- Then take it out, brush with ghee and serve hot.
