Chicken Keema Kulcha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Soda by carb 1/2 tsp
  • Water as required

For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For kulcha: Mix flour, yogurt, sugar, salt, milk, soda and water, knead it and leave for rise for 1 hour.
  2. Now make 4-5 balls and leave again for rice.
  3. For mince: Heat oil and fry onion for 2 minutes.
  4. Now put mince, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, black pepper, all spice and black pepper, cover it and cook until it is ready.
  5. Roll balls in size of saucer and fill stuffing.
  6. Then make balls again.
  7. Sprinkle flour on table and roll quarter plate size.
  8. Put in greased oven tray and bake in mark number 4 for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Then take it out, brush with ghee and serve hot.
