Shadia Wala Palak Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Small fenugreek 4 bunches
  • Green chilies 6
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 3/4 tsp
  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil spinach, fenugreek and green chilies without water for 10 minutes, chop it finely and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry onion until soft.
  3. Now put ginger garlic paste and mutton and fry it nicely.
  4. Then add chili powder, turmeric and salt and fry it nicely.
  5. Then put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tender.
  6. Then put spinach mixture with milk and fry it nicely so that oil comes up.
  7. Now put khoya, take out in dish, put cream and serve.
