Ingredients:
- Mutton thigh 1
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Put black pepper, chaat masala, all spice powder, mustard paste, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya, chili sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, oil and salt in pan and mix it.
- Now mark cut on mutton thigh, spread masala nicely and keep in fridge overnight.
- Then put thigh in pot and keep on low flame for 1 hour.
- When it tender nicely, roast it.
- Pateela raan roast it nicely.
