Ingredients:
Assembling Mousse Cakes:
- Strawberries or chocolate curls to garnish
Method:
- Put vanilla mousse on top of the cake.
- Freeze till firm.
- When vanilla mousse layer is firm, prepare Strawberry Mousse.
- Remove cakes from freezer.
- Pour strawberry mousse.
- Return cakes to the freezer.
- Let chill until firm.
- Spoon large tablespoon of chocolate ganache in centre of each cake.
- Chill, uncovered, in refrigerator until thawed, about 15 minutes.
- Decorate with strawberries or chocolate curls.
