Ingredients:

Assembling Mousse Cakes:

  • Strawberries or chocolate curls to garnish

Method:

  1. Put vanilla mousse on top of the cake.
  2. Freeze till firm.
  3. When vanilla mousse layer is firm, prepare Strawberry Mousse.
  4. Remove cakes from freezer.
  5. Pour strawberry mousse.
  6. Return cakes to the freezer.
  7. Let chill until firm.
  8. Spoon large tablespoon of chocolate ganache in centre of each cake.
  9. Chill, uncovered, in refrigerator until thawed, about 15 minutes.
  10. Decorate with strawberries or chocolate curls.
