Ingredients:

  • Rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 4

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak it.
  2. Then take its water, put water again, add salt, boil it 2/4 and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in karahi, put garlic and fry until golden.
  4. Then put mushroom, capsicum and green chilies, fry it lightly and put rice.
  5. Then stir it fast and mix it nicely.
  6. Now put soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper, roast it for 2 minutes and add sesame seed oil.
  7. Mushroom rice is ready.
