Mushroom Rice by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Rice 2-1/2 cups
- Mushrooms 1 tin
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped capsicum 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped garlic 4
Method:
- Wash rice and soak it.
- Then take its water, put water again, add salt, boil it 2/4 and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in karahi, put garlic and fry until golden.
- Then put mushroom, capsicum and green chilies, fry it lightly and put rice.
- Then stir it fast and mix it nicely.
- Now put soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper, roast it for 2 minutes and add sesame seed oil.
- Mushroom rice is ready.
