Khyber Dum Mutton by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton meat 700 gm
- Fat 250 gm
- Onion 2
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 4-5 sticks
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Potato 1/2 kg
- Flour 400 gm
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put mutton, onion, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and salt in pot and roast for 5-7 minutes.
- Spread butter in second pot, cut potato into thick thick slices and spread it.
- Then put fat, meat mixture and water as required, close pot lid with kneaded flour from four sides, give shape of steam and cook until meat tender nicely.
- In end, dish out it and serve.
