Chicken Katakat by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Boiled eggs 3
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil on tawa, put cumin with onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add chicken mince and cook more for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes, chili powder and green chilies and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Now separate mince and tomatoes with spoon.
  5. Then put yogurt, salt and eggs pieces.
  6. In end, put all spice, coriander leaves and mint leaves and serve immediately.
