Chicken Katakat by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3 tbsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Boiled eggs 3
- All spice 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil on tawa, put cumin with onion and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add chicken mince and cook more for 5 minutes.
- Then put ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes, chili powder and green chilies and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now separate mince and tomatoes with spoon.
- Then put yogurt, salt and eggs pieces.
- In end, put all spice, coriander leaves and mint leaves and serve immediately.
