Chuqandar Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Beetroots peeled 1/2 kg
- All spice 1 tsp
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion and fry until light golden.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, chili powder, turmeric and mutton and fry it nicely.
- Then add 1-1/2 cup water, cover it and cook it until meat is cooked.
- Now put beetroots with 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until beetroots tender.
- In end, put all spice, lemon juice and green chilies and simmer it.
- Then fry it nicely, take it out, garnish with green coriander and serve.
