Ingredients:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Yogurt 5 tbsp
  • Powdered milk 2 tbsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soda by carb 1/2 tsp
  • Milk as required

Method:

  1. Put flour, yogurt, milk, yeast, egg, oil, salt, sugar and soda in bowl, knead with lukewarm water and make soft dough.
  2. Now keep in greased bowl, cover it and keep it warm place and until it is double.
  3. Then knead dough again and divide into 4 portions.
  4. Now knead each portions, make separate balls and give shape of round or oval.
  5. Then put in greased pan.
  6. Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  7. Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes until light golden.
  8. Now take out immediately from oven and spray water.
  9. Then cover with foil until it is used.
