Ingredients:
- Flour 3 cups
- Yogurt 5 tbsp
- Powdered milk 2 tbsp
- Instant yeast 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soda by carb 1/2 tsp
- Milk as required
Method:
- Put flour, yogurt, milk, yeast, egg, oil, salt, sugar and soda in bowl, knead with lukewarm water and make soft dough.
- Now keep in greased bowl, cover it and keep it warm place and until it is double.
- Then knead dough again and divide into 4 portions.
- Now knead each portions, make separate balls and give shape of round or oval.
- Then put in greased pan.
- Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Then bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes until light golden.
- Now take out immediately from oven and spray water.
- Then cover with foil until it is used.
