Ingredients:

  • Boiled trotter 1
  • Onion 2
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Stock 6 cup
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander, Green chilies, Lemons, Ginger, Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put salt, coriander powder, chili powder, nutmeg, mace, turmeric, saffron and ginger garlic paste in yogurt, mix it, mix fried onion and roast it.
  3. Then add trotter and roast it nicely.
  4. Now put stock and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  5. Then close stove, crush all spice, small cardamom and black cumin and add it.
  6. In end, take out in dish, garnish with green coriander, green chilies, lemons, ginger and mint leaves and serve.
