Ingredients:
- Boiled trotter 1
- Onion 2
- Small cardamom 4
- Oil 1 cup
- Stock 6 cup
- Yogurt 125 gm
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Mace 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1-1/2 tsp
- Green coriander, Green chilies, Lemons, Ginger, Mint leaves for garnishing
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put salt, coriander powder, chili powder, nutmeg, mace, turmeric, saffron and ginger garlic paste in yogurt, mix it, mix fried onion and roast it.
- Then add trotter and roast it nicely.
- Now put stock and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- Then close stove, crush all spice, small cardamom and black cumin and add it.
- In end, take out in dish, garnish with green coriander, green chilies, lemons, ginger and mint leaves and serve.
