Ingredients:
- Egg 1
- Onions 2
- Buns 4
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix onion, flour, cumin, salt, ginger garlic paste, pomegranate seeds, coriander, egg and chili powder in mince, make kabab and freeze it.
- When to make it, take it out 30 minutes before, shallow fry it and serve with buns.
