Vegetable Tempura by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Potatoes (slices) 125 gm
- Carrot (slices) 125 gm
- Capsicum (slices) 125 gm
- Onion (slices) 125 gm
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
For Batter:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut potatoes, carrot, capsicum and onion into finely slices.
- Now put gram flour, corn flour, red chili, turmeric powder, all spice powder, garlic paste, oyster sauce, soda and salt in mixing bowl and make batter.
- Then heat oil in pan, dip vegetables slices in batter and deep fry it.
- Now take it out, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.
