Fish Karahi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato slice 4
- Ginger slice 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate fish with lemon juice and cumin.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry onion until light golden.
- Then put ginger garlic, tomato slice, salt, coriander, chili powder, carom seeds, all spice, green chilies and fish and add 1/2 cup water.
- Now cover pan and simmer it.
- In end, garnish with kasoori methi, coriander leaves and ginger slice and serve.
