Bariyaan Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton meat 1/2 kg
- Bariyaan 250 gm
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 4-5
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add mustard seeds, tamarind paste, onion, ginger garlic, salt and red chili powder in blender jug and make paste.
- Now add meat in this paste, mix it and leave for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil in pan, put curry leaves, cumin seeds and coriander seeds and crackle it.
- Then add meat and remaining paste and roast it.
- Then add bariyaan and water as required and cook until meat tender and masala leaves oil.
- Then take out in dish, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
