Ingredients:
- Rajasthani spices 50 gm
- Red whole chilies 50 gm
- White cumin seeds 4 tbsp
- Black cumin seeds 2 tbsp
- Whole coriander 4 tbsp
- Black cardamoms 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 2 tbsp
- Nutmeg mace 1 tsp
- Cloves 5-6
- Cinnamon 4-5 sticks
- Citric acid 1 tbsp
Method:
- Toast rajasthani spices, red whole spices, white cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, coriander, black cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in pan.
- Now grind it with turmeric and nutmeg mace.
- Then add critic acid and mix it.
- Masala is ready.
- Put this masalay in airtight pack box.
- This masala is for 3-4 kg haleem.
