Baked Drumsticks With Garlic Chutney by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks 8
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
  • Peanuts coarsely chopped 4 tbsp

For Garlic Chutney:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Mark cuts on drumsticks with fork.
  2. Now mix with garlic paste, chili powder, all spice, lemon juice and salt and keep it for 1 hour.
  3. Then mix paprika, baking powder, bread crumbs and peanut in plate, coat bread crumbs and keep on baking tray.
  4. Now put oil and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes and serve with garlic chutney.
