Baked Drumsticks With Garlic Chutney by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks 8
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
- Peanuts coarsely chopped 4 tbsp
For Garlic Chutney:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Mark cuts on drumsticks with fork.
- Now mix with garlic paste, chili powder, all spice, lemon juice and salt and keep it for 1 hour.
- Then mix paprika, baking powder, bread crumbs and peanut in plate, coat bread crumbs and keep on baking tray.
- Now put oil and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes and serve with garlic chutney.
