Sizzling Chicken Manchurian by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg boneless
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, egg white, corn flour and 1 tbsp oil, mix it nicely and deep fry for 5 minutes,
  2. Now take it out and keep it aside.
  3. Then heat oil and fry garlic until golden.
  4. Now add vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, fried chicken and stock and cook until it boils.
  5. For thick: Add 1 tbsp corn flour paste, garnish with spring onion and serve.
