Sizzling Chicken Manchurian by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg boneless
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Stock 1 cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Spring onion leaves 1/4 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, egg white, corn flour and 1 tbsp oil, mix it nicely and deep fry for 5 minutes,
- Now take it out and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil and fry garlic until golden.
- Now add vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, fried chicken and stock and cook until it boils.
- For thick: Add 1 tbsp corn flour paste, garnish with spring onion and serve.
