Ingredients:
- Beef 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Plum 50 gm
- Rice 1 kg
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander 1 bunch
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Onion 250 gm
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Mixed all spices 1 tbsp
- Star anise 2
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put meat and 2 glass water and cook for 30 minutes.
- When meat tender, put tomatoes, plum, ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric, mixed all spices, star anise and chaat masala and roast it nicely.
- Then cut green chilies, coriander and mint leaves, put it and close stove.
- Soak rice 30 minutes before.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil, put cumin, add rice and salt and cook it.
- When simmer it, keep rice on one side and fill meat masala on center.
- Then put rice, simmer it for 30 minutes and close stove.
