Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Plum 50 gm
  • Rice 1 kg
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Mixed all spices 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 2
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put meat and 2 glass water and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. When meat tender, put tomatoes, plum, ginger garlic, red chili powder, turmeric, mixed all spices, star anise and chaat masala and roast it nicely.
  4. Then cut green chilies, coriander and mint leaves, put it and close stove.
  5. Soak rice 30 minutes before.
  6. Now heat 2 tbsp oil, put cumin, add rice and salt and cook it.
  7. When simmer it, keep rice on one side and fill meat masala on center.
  8. Then put rice, simmer it for 30 minutes and close stove.
