Ingredients:

  • Undercut 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 50 gm
  • Cumin 50 gm
  • Desiccated coconut 50 gm
  • Poppy seeds chopped 50 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Meat tenderizing powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Mace, Nutmeg 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind cumin, whole red chilies, carom seed and nutmeg mace.
  2. Now add salt, meat tenderizing powder, black pepper, coconut, poppy seeds and all spice powder and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put undercut, 1/2 cup fried onion, lemon juice, papaya paste and oil, mix it, skew on skewer and grill it or bake it.
