Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok, put ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
  2. Now add chicken and salt and dry chicken water,
  3. When water dries, mix cumin, red chili, green chilies and tomato puree, roast it and simmer it.
  4. When oil comes up, put cream and butter.
  5. In end, put almonds and serve hot.
