Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Tomato puree 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Chopped almonds 15
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1 packet
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in wok, put ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
- Now add chicken and salt and dry chicken water,
- When water dries, mix cumin, red chili, green chilies and tomato puree, roast it and simmer it.
- When oil comes up, put cream and butter.
- In end, put almonds and serve hot.
