Ras Malai by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Dry milk 2 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 kg
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Almonds, Pistachios 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put fresh milk and sugar and boil it.
  2. When sugar dissolves, put khoya and kewra essence, mic it and cook it.
  3. Put dry milk, oil, maida, cardamom powder and baking powder in mixing bowl and mix it.
  4. Then beat eggs, put gradually gradually, mix it and knead it.
  5. Now make portions of mixture, put on boiled milk and leave it for a while.
  6. Portions comes up, close stove.
  7. In end, dish out it, garnish with almonds and pistachios, cool it and serve.
