Ras Malai by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Dry milk 2 cup
- Fresh milk 1 kg
- Khoya 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cardamom powder
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Kewra essence few drops
- Almonds, Pistachios 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put fresh milk and sugar and boil it.
- When sugar dissolves, put khoya and kewra essence, mic it and cook it.
- Put dry milk, oil, maida, cardamom powder and baking powder in mixing bowl and mix it.
- Then beat eggs, put gradually gradually, mix it and knead it.
- Now make portions of mixture, put on boiled milk and leave it for a while.
- Portions comes up, close stove.
- In end, dish out it, garnish with almonds and pistachios, cool it and serve.
