Chicken Chilli by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Capsicum 1
- Carrot medium 1
- Onion medium 1
- Cooking oil 5 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chili 4
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Bake parlor spaghetti and masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil spaghetti in salted boil water for 5-7 minutes till it remains 1/4.
- Now strain hot water, pass cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Put 4 tbsp oil in pan and heat on medium flame.
- Now add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
- Then put chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now dissolve masala mix sachet in 3 cup water, set it and keep it aside.
- Then put capsicum, carrot, onion and green chili in chicken and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add masala mixture in chicken and vegetables and cook for 4 minutes.
- In end, take it out and serve with hot spaghetti.
